What is the price of plots in this project?
The offer rate is ₹1,750 per sq.ft. for all sizes. A 30×40 (1,200 sq.ft.) plot is ₹21 lakh, 30×50 is ₹26.25 lakh, 40×60 is ₹42 lakh and 4,000 sq.ft. is ₹70 lakh. Registration and other charges are extra and shown in the cost sheet.
Is the project approved?
The project is in the BIAAPA (Bangalore International Airport Area Planning Authority) area, subject to applicable approvals and documentation. Ask us for the approval copies and RERA details, and have them checked before you book.
When is possession?
Possession is planned for June 2028. Plots are ready for registration, so ownership is transferred to you once registration is done.
